NotCash is a place for members to find each other and agree trades. NotCash is not a party to any trade, holds no money and takes no part of any trade.

Values are each member's own estimate. NotCash does not appraise or guarantee anything.

Members are independent parties, not workers of NotCash or of each other through NotCash. NotCash does not assign work, set rates or supervise.

Members must hold any license their service needs and must follow the list of what is allowed. Listings and accounts that break it are removed.

Members are responsible for their own taxes on what they receive.

Disputes are between members. NotCash may look at reports, add no-show strikes and close accounts.
